(a) the interview focuses on the evaluation of candidates' professional knowledge, professional ability and work skills, and tests candidates' comprehensive quality and related ability as well as their ability to comprehensively use professional knowledge to solve practical problems in their work. Interviews are generally conducted in the form of structured interviews, lectures, skill tests, live performances and practical operations.

(2) According to the interview finalist ratio specified in the job list, the interview finalists are determined from high to low according to the positions and written test scores of candidates. If the short-listed interview personnel do not reach the required proportion and need to be cancelled, reduced or retained, the adjustment will be announced through the Three Gorges Network in time.

(3) The interview finalists must bring the original and photocopy of the job requirements materials to participate in the interview qualification review. On-the-job civil servants [including staff of organs (units) managed according to the Civil Service Law] and staff of public institutions must obtain the consent of their units, and provide written proof of consent to sign up at the qualification examination stage. Candidates who fail to attend the qualification review at the specified time and place or fail the qualification review cannot enter the interview.
