3. Matters related to registration:

4. Examination
(1) Written examination: It adopts a closed-book method, and the content is relevant professional knowledge for each position. The paper score is 100 points, and the passing score of the written examination is 60 points. Xiamen students (household registration and student status before admission) For graduates of colleges and technical secondary schools in Xiamen City who are looking for employment, "before admission" refers to before entering a school that can obtain the first full-time general education degree) the written test score will be increased by 10 points. The written examination will be entrusted to the Xiamen Health Talent Center for writing and marking. The specific time and location will be notified later.
Those who have a postgraduate degree, a master's degree or above in a major that meets the requirements of the recruitment position, or a professional title of deputy senior or above in related majors, will be exempted from the written examination. If the ratio of the number of people exempted from the written test to the number of people to be hired exceeds 5:1 (excluding 5:1), all applicants for the position must take the written test;
(2) Interview: applicants who pass the written test Among the personnel, the interview candidates will be determined from high scores to low scores according to the ratio of 1:3 to the number of people to be hired for the position. Those who are exempt from the written examination will be treated equally with those who pass the written examination and will enter the interview directly. The total score of the interview is 100 points, and the qualifying score for the interview is 60 points; if the score is less than 1:3, it will be determined based on the actual number of people on the line; if the ratio is 1:1, the passing score of the interview shall not be less than 75 points.
The interview will be conducted in a question-and-answer format, covering professional knowledge related to each position. The interviews will be scored by the interviewer on the spot, mainly testing the overall quality and professional and technical abilities of the candidates. The interview examiners are composed of relevant experts organized by the unit to form an interview panel, with a number of 7 people and 3 people from the unit. The specific time and location will be notified later.
The comprehensive total score is calculated by converting the written test scores and interview scores at a ratio of 1:1; if there are candidates exempt from the written test who sign up for the same position and participate in the interview, the comprehensive total score is the interview score.
(3) Doctoral students are recruited through simplified procedures and directly enter the hospital for assessment.
5. Physical examination and assessment
(1) Candidates for physical examination and assessment are determined based on the overall score ranking order and the ratio of 1:1 to the number of people to be recruited for the position.
If the overall scores are the same, the one with the higher interview score will enter the physical examination and assessment; if the interview scores are also the same, the interview will be conducted again.
(2) Physical examination. Those participating in the physical examination must bring their ID cards to the designated hospitals for centralized physical examination. Physical examination personnel should participate in the physical examination on time. Those who fail to participate in the physical examination on time will be deemed to have given up their qualifications.
The employer will notify the candidates of the physical examination results. If the candidate or the employer has any doubts after learning the physical examination results, they can apply for re-examination within one week, and the competent department of the employer will designate another hospital for re-examination, and the results of the re-examination shall prevail. Any physical examination at other medical units on your own will be invalid.
The physical examination standards for this recruitment refer to the "General Physical Examination Standards for Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial)" issued by the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Health on January 17, 2005. The physical examination expenses are borne by the individual.
(3) Assessment. Applicants who pass the physical examination will be assessed by the employer. The main content of the assessment is morality, ability, diligence, performance, integrity, etc. The application qualifications will be reviewed again. Those who fail the assessment will not be hired.
(4) Those who fail to pass the physical examination or assessment will be replaced in sequence from those who have passed the overall score (only once). If a candidate who has passed the physical examination and assessment withdraws or is disqualified from employment for any reason, the employer will decide whether to replace the candidate according to the situation.
6. Employment procedures
(1) Based on the job requirements and the results of examinations, assessments and physical examinations, the list of candidates to be hired will be selected and announced in the unit for 7 days.
(2) If the announcement result does not affect employment, the employer shall handle relevant procedures and sign an employment contract for a public institution in accordance with the "Interim Provisions on the Employment System for Public Institutions in Xiamen City" in accordance with the principle of fairness and voluntariness. The first contracted service period shall be 5 years.
(3) The internship period for undergraduates recruited this time is 12 months, and the internship period for master’s students is 6 months. The internship period is included in the employment period. Those who fail to pass the assessment at the end of the internship period will be dismissed.
(4) Salaries and benefits shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Xiamen Municipal Personnel Bureau, and pension insurance shall be implemented in accordance with Xiafu [2004] No. 178 Document.
(5) Anyone who has not reported to the employer within three months from the expiration date of the public notice period for the person to be hired will be deemed to have automatically given up.
7. Other Matters
(1) The competent bureau and the unit’s discipline inspection and supervision department are invited to supervise this open recruitment.
(2) The academic qualifications and degrees required by the job qualifications must be nationally recognized academic qualifications and degrees, and they must be the professional qualifications, degrees or above required by the position. Those who have obtained foreign academic qualifications and degrees, or those from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, must have studied abroad (overseas) and have academic qualifications and degree certificates issued by the Ministry of Education.
(3) Fresh graduates who have not obtained academic qualifications or degree certificates before September 30, 2009 (the period for those with a doctorate degree can be extended to October 31, 2009) will be disqualified from employment.
(4) The deadline for calculation of age and other qualifications or relevant qualifications is June 30, 2009.
(5) "Graduates from colleges and technical secondary schools" refers to fresh graduates in 2009 and former graduates from Xiamen who are seeking employment (those who have not yet gone to the government personnel department to handle employment approval and registration procedures after graduation).
(6) Xiamen graduates seeking employment are not subject to household registration restrictions required by job qualifications.
(7) Except for subject leaders with doctoral degrees, other employed personnel should find their own housing.
