Tsinghua University postdoctoral outbound account policy is introduced as follows:

The post-doctoral exit account policy in Tsinghua University refers to the post-doctoral research personnel in Tsinghua University who can apply to transfer their accounts to Beijing after completing their research tasks.

According to the relevant policies and regulations, postdoctoral researchers need to apply to their units for household registration transfer before leaving the station, and provide relevant certification materials. Generally speaking, postdoctoral researchers need to provide the following materials:

1. Post-doctoral researcher's work expiration certificate: issued by the laboratory or research unit to prove that the post-doctoral researcher has completed the specified research tasks.

2. Post-doctoral researchers' work expiration assessment form: issued by the laboratory or research unit to evaluate the post-doctoral researchers' work performance.

3. Appraisal Opinions of Postdoctoral Researchers: issued by laboratories or research units to evaluate the research results of postdoctoral researchers.

4. Post-doctoral researcher's work expiration certificate: issued by the laboratory or research unit to prove that the post-doctoral researcher has obtained the corresponding degree or title.

5. Application Form for Post-doctoral Researchers to Settle after their Work Expiration: Fill in the form completely and affix the official seal of the unit.

6. Other relevant certification materials: such as ID card and household registration book.

After the postdoctoral researchers submit the above materials, the unit where they work applies for household registration transfer and reports it to the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security for approval. In general, the approval period is about 1-2 months. Once the postdoctoral researchers are approved, they can go through the formalities of moving from registered permanent residence to Beijing.
