Why don't Internet companies like to recruit novices?

What I want to say is, in fact, all companies don't want to recruit novices.

It's just that this is too difficult to achieve, so we have to settle for the second best. Some big companies recruit fresh graduates. Of course, there are advantages in recruiting fresh graduates, so we should choose some new people to train them.

However, this phenomenon is indeed common in Internet wages.

First of all, most Internet companies are start-ups, and those Internet giants have a perfect recruitment system, and they will also spend time focusing on training new people or fresh graduates. Of course, there are some advantages in recruiting fresh graduates here, so choose to cultivate them yourself. Internet industry is a sunrise industry, and there are too many new jobs that people simply can't do. What startups need is people who can be independent, and no old people bring new people. This is one reason.

Then the cost of training new people is too high, which is ok for internet giants or some big companies, but it is too difficult for ordinary internet companies. The average internet company will pay more attention to the work content and projects, and someone needs to get things done at once.

Another point is that the internet industry is characterized by a lot of job-hopping, so job-hopping is the best way to raise salary. Most people in this industry have the idea of job hopping, including newcomers. In other words, the company should consider this person's job-hopping, old people's job-hopping, and new people's job-hopping. Since everyone has changed jobs, why not find someone who can work instead of training?

But then again, all companies really want to find a hand and recruit new people. I think this is the second best method.
