According to the spirit of "Notice of the Provincial Government on Announcing the Second Batch of Enterprise-related Administrative Fees Fund Projects with Cancellation or Reduction of Standards" (Su [1998] No.48), with the approval of the provincial government, the specific items and standards of the second batch of enterprise-related administrative fees fund projects are hereby notified as follows:

1, the cost of tax registration certificate (Su Caizong [94] No.9, Su Jiafei [1994] 14). The charging standard is reduced from 50 yuan to 25 yuan (including original, refitted and original aluminum alloy frames).

2. Fees charged by financial institutions (Su Caizong [1995] No.6, Su Jiahan Fei [1995] 14). The fee standard for the License of Financial Institution as a Legal Person or the Business License of Financial Institution is reduced from RMB 100 per set to RMB 100 per set of 25 yuan (including originals, photocopies and original aluminum alloy frames), and the annual inspection fee is reduced from RMB 150 yuan. The announcement fee shall be charged separately after the signing of the agreement by both parties in accordance with the principle of fixed income by expenditure and actual collection.

3. Examination and approval fee for interior decoration qualification (Su Jia Han Fei [1993]No. 10). Charging standard: B-level enterprises are reduced from 300 yuan/Taiwan to 280 yuan/Taiwan; C-level enterprises were reduced from 200 yuan/Taiwan to 180 yuan/Taiwan; First-class enterprises are reduced from each 180 yuan to each 160 yuan; The level-D second-class enterprises have been reduced from 150 yuan/Taiwan to 130 yuan/Taiwan.

4. Supporting fees for urban municipal public infrastructure (Su Caizong [93] 193, Su Jiashe [1993] No.208). 8. Employment Adjustment Fund (Su [1997] No.31). In addition to the front-line workers in the construction, sanitation and mining industries, if urban enterprises, units and individual industrial and commercial households are approved to use rural labor from other provinces and provinces, the charging standards will be reduced from 500 yuan and 200 yuan per person per year to 35 yuan per person per month, 10 yuan.

9. Automobile consumption surcharge (Su [1998] 130No.). This circular shall be implemented as of July 25th. 1998. If the charging standards set by our province in the past are inconsistent with the provisions of this notice, this notice shall prevail.
