State-funded tuition fees

For ordinary college graduates, fresh graduates and enlisted students, the central government will implement corresponding tuition compensation and national student loan compensation. High school graduates who have been admitted to colleges and universities in that year retain their admission qualifications after enlisting and enjoy the national tuition fee reduction and exemption policy after retirement.

Employment after retirement

1. Soldiers who graduated from colleges and universities can be regarded as fresh graduates of that year and enjoy the status of fresh graduates within one year after retirement.

2. Retired soldiers who meet the selection conditions of the year will get extra points in written test when they participate in the recruitment of college student village officials, "special post teachers" and "three supports and one support" volunteers, and will be given priority under the same conditions.

3. Every year, when recruiting civil servants and staff of public institutions, retired soldiers of college graduates will be recruited according to a certain proportion.
