Second, the recruitment plan

In 2023, Hubei Engineering University plans to openly recruit 58 staff members with doctoral degrees.

Third, the recruitment conditions

(1) basic conditions

3. Explanation on relaxing the age of doctoral students: doctoral students with senior titles; Or doctoral students who are recognized by the school as urgently needed disciplines (majors), who meet one of the above conditions, can be appropriately relaxed to 50 years old and below.

4. Qualification requirements: Qualification examination runs through the whole process of special open recruitment.

The applicant shall truthfully submit relevant information and materials. If the information I fill in is untrue, incomplete or incorrect, I will be responsible for it. Fraud, once verified, cancel the examination qualification or employment qualification.

The ID cards used for registration and examination must be the same.

The doctoral recruitment examination is free of written examination, and all candidates who pass the qualification examination enter the interview examination.

(1) Qualification examination

Before the interview, the employer will review the qualifications of the interviewers.

During the evaluation, the interviewer should provide his/her ID card, academic certificate, academic certificate and Xue Xin academic inquiry report. The doctoral position is conducted by interview, classroom trial, interview and investigation, focusing on the candidates' professional quality, academic level, language expression, logical thinking, problem analysis and problem solving.

(3) Calculation of total score

The post interview of doctoral students adopts a hundred-point system, with a full score of 100, and the minimum qualified score line is controlled. You can't enter the next stage until the interview reaches 80 points or above. When calculating candidates' scores, keep two decimal places.

If the total score of the same recruitment position is the same, the interview assessment team can increase the comprehensive application ability and conduct tests, and the person with the highest test score ranks first.

Six, physical examination, psychological test and investigation

According to the recruitment plan of 1: 1, the candidates for physical examination and psychological test are determined from high score to low score.

Physical examination and psychological evaluation are organized by Hubei Engineering University and implemented with reference to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial).

Those who pass the physical examination and psychological test shall be inspected by the party organization of the school employing unit, focusing on the candidates' political stance, concept of law and discipline, professional ethics, ideological style, work attitude, work performance and qualifications for the proposed post, and the qualifications shall be reviewed.

If the candidate voluntarily gives up or fails to pass the physical examination, psychological test and inspection, the qualification of the candidate to be hired will be cancelled.
