Chapter I General Principles

Article 3 These Articles of Association are applicable to full-time undergraduate and junior college enrollment in our university.

Xinyang is connected to Wuhan in the south and Zhengzhou in the north. Beijing-Guangzhou Railway, Beijing-Kowloon Railway, Ningxi Railway, Beijing-Guangzhou High-speed Railway, National Highway 106, 107, 3 12, Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway, Shanghai-Shaanxi Expressway and Daguang Expressway all meet here. It is an important transportation hub connecting north and south and connecting east and west. The city has a beautiful environment and a pleasant climate.

The school is located at the intersection of Shanghai-Shaanxi Expressway and Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway with convenient transportation. 3 12 National Road passes through the school and is only 5km away from Xinyang East Station (high-speed railway station). Article 7 Enrollment categories: ① Ordinary undergraduate, counterpart undergraduate (planting, breeding, tourism, cooking) and art undergraduate (fine arts); (2) undergraduate (two-year undergraduate); ③ General college, art college (fine arts) and counterpart college (planting, breeding, cooking and secretarial work).

Article 8 Specialty Setting: In 2020, the school will have 49 undergraduate majors (including majors) and 6 specialist majors for enrollment in some provinces (cities and autonomous regions).

Chapter III Organizational Structure and Responsibilities

The provincial and professional plans shall be subject to the ingenious plans announced by the admissions departments of all provinces (cities, autonomous regions).

Article 12 Reservation scheme and its principles of use

(2) Use principle of reserved plan: According to the principle of collective brewing and collective decision-making, in the process of admission from different places, after collective study by the admission leading group, the reserved plan will be added to the provinces with good students according to the situation of students. Chapter V Recording

Thirteenth foreign languages: English majors admit candidates who use English as a foreign language, and other majors are not limited to foreign languages. Candidates are requested to pay attention when filling in their volunteers.

Article 14 Ratio of male to female students: There is no restriction on the ratio of male to female students when enrolling students.

Article 15 Physical requirements: Except for the two majors of tourism management (high-speed train crew) and tourism management (flight attendant), other majors shall be implemented in accordance with the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities issued by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation. Article 16 Access Rules

(2) Admission principle for general majors: After the candidates' files are filed in the school, they are selected according to the number of professional plans and scores from high to low. That is, the candidates who volunteer to apply for the first major are recorded first. If the plan is not completed after the admission of the first major, the candidates who wish to be the second major will be admitted in turn from high score to low score, and so on until the professional plan is completed; Candidates who have not accepted the reported professional volunteers and agreed to the professional adjustment will be selected from high to low according to the corresponding professional volunteers reported by the candidates; Candidates who have not accepted their professional volunteers and do not obey the professional adjustment will be dismissed; Candidates with the same scores will be selected in the order of high scores to low scores in Chinese, mathematics, foreign languages and literature/science.

Candidates with the same scores are selected from high scores to low scores in the order of Chinese, foreign languages, mathematics, professional courses and professional basic courses.

(V) Admission principle of art majors: Art majors require that the scores of cultural courses and professional tests reach the corresponding control scores of relevant provinces, with the comprehensive scores of cultural courses accounting for 60% and professional courses accounting for 40%, and the best admission is from high score to low score. Those who have the same results in filing will be admitted and dismissed according to the results of cultural courses and professional courses.

Chapter VI Charging Standards

Article 17 Fees: (1) Tuition for freshmen of ordinary undergraduate courses: 4,400 yuan/academic year for liberal arts, 5,000 yuan/academic year for science and engineering, 5,500 yuan/academic year for medicine and 8,000 yuan/academic year for art; Tuition for junior college freshmen: 3,700 yuan/academic year for liberal arts, 4,200 yuan/academic year for science and engineering, 4,800 yuan/academic year for medicine and 6,000 yuan/academic year for art (2) Accommodation in 700 yuan/student/academic year. The above tuition and accommodation fees are provisional standards for 2020. Chapter VII Scholarship Setting

Chapter IX Supplementary Provisions
