The drafting of the Measures (Draft) is mainly based on the Advertising Law, Jiangsu Advertising Regulations, Jiangsu City Appearance and Environmental Sanitation Management Regulations and Jiangsu City Appearance Standards, and draws on the legislative experience of Shanghai, Xiamen, Hefei, Weihai and other cities.
