(III) According to the Regulations on Autonomy of Wenshan Zhuang and Miao Autonomous Prefecture in Yunnan Province and the Implementation Opinions of the State Committee on Implementing the Decision of the People's Government of Yunnan Province on Further Strengthening Ethnic Work and Accelerating the Economic and Social Development of Ethnic Minorities and Ethnic Areas (No.24 [2006]), the written test scores of ethnic minority candidates in our state will be given extra points according to their educational level, with 3 points for those with university education or above and 3 points for those who graduated from junior college. Ethnic minorities who meet the conditions of extra points must provide their identity cards, original and photocopy of household registration books and other related materials at the time of qualification examination.

(4) According to Item (2) of Article 8 of the Measures for the Employment of Excellent Athletes in Wenshan Prefecture (Document No.93 [2005]), athletes who have won silver and bronze medals in Yunnan Province and above will be given comprehensive points (100) when they take the recruitment examination of Quanzhou institutions, with 40 points for silver medal winners and 30 points for bronze medal winners. Excellent athletes who meet the conditions of extra points shall be handled according to the provisions of the documents, and relevant materials shall be provided during the qualification examination.
