What story in "Story Club" impressed you the most?

It was said that before liberation, there was a pair of extremely lazy people who got married. How lazy can you be? When she has food, she gets up and cooks, and when she doesn’t have food, she lies in bed and starves. Fortunately, my parents in the neighborhood helped me, so I didn't starve to death.

That night, the couple was lying in bed starving, and suddenly a thief came in through the window in the middle of the night. The couple heard the thief, but no one was willing to get up and stop him. They lazily said that there was nothing left to steal at home anyway, so let him go.

Unexpectedly, the thief turned around and pried away the pot on the stove with a steel knife! This was so good that the couple quickly got up and chased after him. The man ran fast, but the thief ran slowly with the pot on his back. In a hurry, he threw the pot away, turned over and cut the man's head in half with a knife, and ran away in a hurry.

The woman followed behind and saw clearly that the master’s head was separated and he was about to cry. Unexpectedly, a fat man with a white face and soft beard climbed up from the ground, stroking his head in a daze. It turned out that the man had not washed his face for twenty years, and the ash had formed a crust on his face. The thief split open the crust with a knife, revealing the man's true appearance.

They couldn't help but feel happy after escaping from death. They just regretted the broken pot. When I got home and turned on the light, I saw a brand new cauldron on the stove! It turned out that the thief could not see clearly in the dark, but what the thief took away was the rice cooker that had not been washed for twenty years! The couple was overjoyed and resumed their lazy life day after day.
