How many people in the unit now think that relationship is greater than ability?

I think the relationship is important, but the ability is indispensable. With contacts, a person will have more opportunities, or he may enter a better development space with contacts, and meet many people with better abilities than himself, thus enhancing his horizons and social circle. If he can get into a company with connections, we have to admit that connections are still very important. I believe that most people have connections and are very happy inside.

However, I think only relationships are not enough. It just provides us with a shortcut to a better direction, but it doesn't mean that it is a way for us to gain a foothold on a better level. If we don't have the corresponding ability to rely on relationships, I don't think we can last long in the unit. People who are better than themselves will get better treatment. Speaking by strength is very important in today's society. A company can achieve better development, not only by the so-called relationship, but by itself.

So I don't think the relationship in the unit is greater than the ability. If a capable person takes office, if he encounters unfair treatment, his efforts will not be treated as he deserves, and he will be replaced by someone with connections effortlessly. In fact, even if we don't want to, we can't change this situation, but it doesn't prevent us from becoming better ourselves and continuing to work hard. Our abilities will be discovered one day.
