Second, the basic conditions of recruitment

1. Applicants must comply with the relevant provisions of the Teachers Law and have academic qualifications and teacher qualifications consistent with the professional requirements of the recruitment discipline. Those with unqualified academic qualifications must obtain a bachelor's degree within 2 years after employment, and non-normal students must obtain a teacher qualification within 2 years after employment;

2. Have the political ideology, professional ethics, professional knowledge level and education and teaching ability that are suitable for fulfilling the duties of the recruitment position;

3. For subjects open to the public, candidates should be under 35 years old (1979 1 born later).

Third, the recruitment process

According to the "Interim Measures for Open Recruitment of Personnel in Institutions in Zhejiang Province" and other documents, the recruitment work adheres to the principles of openness, equality, competition and merit-based, and open recruitment is implemented. The examination is organized and implemented by the county education bureau.

1. Registration time. March 5-6 at 20 14, 8: 30 am-11:00, 1:30- 4: 30 pm every day. Overdue, no longer accepted.

2. Registration place. The fifth floor of Jiashan Education Bureau (No.50, Tangong South Road, Tang Wei Street/KLOC-0).

3. Materials and requirements required for registration. I register on site (online, letter, telephone, etc. are not accepted). I fill in the 20 14 Jiashan County Open Recruitment Teacher Registration Form and submit relevant materials:

(1) recommendation letter (including my study resume, basic information, education and teaching level, professional ability, work performance introduction, etc.). );

(2) Original and photocopy of graduation certificate (fresh graduates can rely on the certificate issued by the school);

(3) The original and photocopy of the resident identity card;

(4) The original and photocopy of the award-winning certificates of various post skill competitions;

(5) 3 recent one-inch ID photos with the same background;

Applicants should register with the county education bureau within the specified time. 4. Registration confirmation. The Personnel Section of the County Education Bureau conducted a preliminary qualification examination on the materials submitted by the applicants, and issued a 20 14 Jiashan County teacher recruitment registration confirmation form.

If the number of qualified applicants is less than 3 times that of the recruitment plan, the recruitment plan will be reduced or cancelled accordingly as appropriate.

Step 5 check

The examination is organized by the county education bureau and is divided into two parts: written examination and interview.

(1) written test: the written test is in the form of a closed book, with a full score of 100. The content of the test is public education theory (accounting for 10%), professional knowledge of learning section and professional knowledge of subjects (accounting for 90%). The examination time is 90 minutes.

(2) interview. According to the recruitment plan, the interviewers of each position are determined according to the ratio of high score to low score 1: 3, and the ratio of the recruitment plan of the same position to the number of qualified interviewers shall not be less than 1: 2. Those who fail to attend the interview at the specified time and place will be disqualified from the interview and will not be replenished.

The interview is divided into trial lecture (simulation class) and skill test, with a total score of 100. The trial lecture (simulation class) mainly examines the teaching design, the grasp of teaching content, the ability of classroom teaching organization, the professional level and quality of teachers, the basic literacy and potential of teachers, etc. Time is 20 minutes, out of 50 points. The skill test mainly examines the skill level and practical ability of candidates, with a full score of 50.

(3) Confirmation of results: comprehensive results = written test results ×40% interview results ×60%, in which interview results = skills of trial presentation. The lowest comprehensive score is 60 points, and those below 60 points will be eliminated naturally.

(4) Time and place of the examination. 20 14 March 29 -30, the location will be decided separately.

6. Physical examination and evaluation. If the comprehensive score is above the lowest score line, the number of people in the recruitment plan is 1: 1. (If the comprehensive scores are tied, the skill test, written test and trial lecture will be conducted in turn, and those with high scores will be preferred. ) If the number of people with comprehensive scores above the minimum score is less than the number of planned recruits, the number of planned recruits will be reduced or cancelled accordingly. The Education Bureau shall organize physical examination in a unified manner within the specified time, and the requirements and standards of physical examination shall be implemented with reference to the physical examination standards for teacher qualification in Zhejiang Province. After passing the physical examination, the Education Bureau will organize the examination in a unified way, and the examination standard will be implemented according to the Detailed Rules for the Investigation of Civil Servant Recruitment in Zhejiang Province (Trial) (Zhejiang Renfa [2008] No.58). Those who fail the physical examination or assessment will be eliminated, and this quota will not be replenished.

7. Publicize the list of candidates to be hired. Those who pass the examination, physical examination and assessment will be publicized by the Personnel Section of the County Education Bureau in Jiashan Education Network for 7 working days.

Fourth, go through the recruitment procedures.

Those who meet the employment conditions shall go through the employment formalities according to the employment examination and approval procedures. Personnel approved by the human resources and social security departments of the government at the same level shall report to the Personnel Department of Jiashan Education Bureau with their personal files before August 5, 2065438. 2. If cheating, false materials, fraud or graduation are found in this teacher recruitment process, the Education Bureau will not employ them.

3. Professional teachers and social recruiters recruited for full-time non-normal college graduates must obtain teacher qualification certificates within two years (teachers' fresh graduates must provide teacher qualification certificates on the day of registration, and previous graduates will provide them on the spot when they register), and those who fail to obtain them as scheduled will terminate their employment relationship.
