One C-arm X-ray machine determines the winning bidder according to the package, and the bidder must purchase the bidding documents according to the package, and bid for all items in the package. 2. Supplier qualification requirements:

2.1 The supplier must be a valid authorization certificate of the manufacturer or the manufacturer of the equipment it invests in;

2.2 the supplier must have a medical device manufacturing (or operating) enterprise license;

2.3 the type of equipment invested by the supplier must have the medical device registration certificate of the people's Republic of China and China (including the medical device product registration form), and the products of Europe and the United States must have the FDA (or European CE) certificate.

2.4 if the equipment invested by the supplier is in the catalogue of products subject to compulsory product certification in the people's Republic of China, it must provide 3C certification;

2.5 package 1: the bidder must also meet the following conditions (supporting materials must be provided): ① there is a theoretical basis for the construction of minimally invasive intervertebral disc specialty, based on "minimally invasive diagnostics" and "intervertebral disc school" VCD; (2) a training base for the construction of minimally invasive intervertebral disc specialty: a minimally invasive intervertebral disc specialty with an annual output value of more than 1 million yuan; (3) There is a technical basis for the construction of minimally invasive intervertebral disc specialty: the training base has all the technologies of minimally invasive products, and has successfully operated more than 5 cases respectively; (4) There are successful cases of minimally invasive specialty construction of intervertebral discs;

2.6 package 1: medical ozone therapeutic instrument must have class III registration certificate. The percutaneous intervertebral disc surgery system (waist-neck two-in-one) must have host system equipment and can guarantee 3 operations. The digital bone density and bone age tester must provide national compulsory certification.

2.7 Imported medical devices must have:
