What kind of diploma does Qinghai Provincial Public Security Department need to recruit civil servants?

According to the civil service recruitment announcement, those who meet the following conditions can apply for the exam:

(1) Having China nationality;

(2) 18 years old and under 35 years old, and the age of graduate students and doctoral students (non-employed) in that year can be relaxed to under 40 years old;
