Large pressure vessel construction project of Qingdao Shi Lan Heavy Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd.

Project Overview: The project is located in the northern industrial zone of Qingdao Economic and Technological Development Zone. The west of the factory is Kunlun Mountain Road and Qingdao West Coast Export Processing Zone, the east and south are adjacent to the Planning Road of the Development Zone, and the north is Hongshiya 10 Road. About 300 meters south of the project is Hongshiya Village.

The total floor area of this construction project is 1 14209m2, with a total construction area of 28,070m2, mainly occupying beaches and abandoned shrimp ponds. The whole factory consists of auxiliary facilities such as joint factory building (heavy container), canteen and shift dormitory.

This project is planned to be put into production in 2008, and it will reach production in 20 12 years. The main products and their annual output are: 8 800t high-pressure hydrogenation reactors, 4 400t four-in-one continuous reforming reactors, 6 300t gasifiers and 5100t other pressure vessels.

The total investment of the construction project is 422.06 million yuan, of which the environmental protection investment is about 8.5 million yuan, accounting for 2% of the total investment. Environmental protection facilities or projects mainly include: welding fume purifier, shot blasting dust collector, radiation protection measures, septic tank, grease trap, hazardous waste collection and storage yard, fume purification device and plant greening.

After the implementation of this project, there are 400 employees, including 280 production personnel, 72 auxiliary production personnel, 20 functional management personnel, 20 engineering and technical personnel and 8 logistics service personnel. Working system: 25 1 day/year, 8 hours a day, two shifts.
