Shanghai Dongyuan Company is mainly responsible for the marketing and after-sales service of three provinces and one city in East China. From the first day we came to Shanghai, we insisted on taking users as the center and gained market recognition with good service. The year 2000 was a year of continuous development and expansion of Shanghai Dongyuan, and also a year of great changes in our sales thinking.

In the annual plan, the head office has formulated the general policy that Fiona Fang Company will become an application service provider serving the decoration, decoration, building materials, furniture and real estate industries in the next 3-5 years. In the early days of team building, we participated in job fairs, newspaper recruitment and online recruitment in Shanghai, and collected a lot of talent information, which brought great convenience to our selection. Through the screening of "going through five customs and cutting six generals", the first batch of eight employees quickly set foot on their jobs.

We specially arranged a week's software and hardware knowledge training for the employees of the new company, and also used the May Day holiday to train "communication skills". Every employee who enters Fiona Fang fully feels an atmosphere of "teamwork and mutual cooperation", and every employee (including the old employees) regards continuous learning as the primary link of personal development. Indeed, our society has entered a knowledge-based society, and our industry determines that we must keep learning.

This year, in addition to business training, we also invested a lot of energy and financial resources in the personal ability training of sales managers and sales engineers. Through going out and inviting in, employees were sent to participate in the open classes of "Leading employees to solve problems" (Taiwan Province Exploration Education Experience Center) and "Evaluation of Map Management Talents" (Yi Song Enterprise Management), and Mr. Duan, the general manager of software, a famous consultant and lecturer in Taiwan Province Province, were invited for internal training.

Today, Shanghai Dongyuan Company has trained a large number of scarce talents in management, service, market, sales and project negotiation.
