5. Publicity: After investigation and physical examination, it is determined that the personnel to be transferred will be publicized on the website for 7 working days.

6. Determine the post: after the public announcement shows that there is no objection, choose the post on the spot. The order of job selection is: first, directly select the finalists, and then independently select the candidates from high to low according to the interview results. After the same position is filled, they can't choose again.

7. Procedure: After the position is confirmed, Chengnan New District will organize the personnel department and the Social Affairs Administration to handle the corresponding employment procedures.
