Longmei Holding Group consists of Longmei Co., Ltd., Jixi Mining Group, Hegang Mining Group, Shuangyashan Mining Group, Qitaihe Clean Coal Group and Coal Machinery Group, as well as geological exploration companies, machinery and equipment manufacturing companies and engineering design and research institutes. Longmei Co., Ltd. has four coal branches in Jixi, Hegang, Shuangyashan and Qitaihe, two branches in material supply company and coal marketing company, one shareholding subsidiary in Sheng 'an Civil Explosion Company, two wholly-owned subsidiaries in Rong Sheng Economic and Trade Company and Hegang Lida Gangue Power Plant Co., Ltd., and three holding subsidiaries in Heilongjiang Longmei Donghua Co., Ltd., Shuangyashan Longmei Aerospace Coal Chemical Co., Ltd. and Qitaihe Long Yang Jiaodian Co., Ltd.

Hegang Mining Area of Hegang Branch has a mining history of 84 years, which has gone through several periods, such as the old China government and merchants, War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, the War of Liberation, the War to Resist US Aggression and Aid Korea, and socialist construction. The real construction and development is after the founding of the People's Republic of China. The annual output is equal to the total output in the 28 years before liberation. Hegang mining area has the first modern large shaft in New China, Xing 'an shaft with an annual design capacity of 3.6 million tons, Nanshan shaft with an annual capacity of nearly 3 million tons and Junde shaft with an annual capacity of 1.5 million tons, and the first batch of R&F belt wells that have entered the ranks of national modern mines.

qitaihe branch company is located in the east of Heilongjiang province, mining Boli coalfield, and was founded in 1958. The coalfield in the mining area covers an area of 1115 square kilometers, which is one of the three coking coalfields with protective mining. Complete coal types and excellent coal quality, mainly coking coal and 1/3 coking coal, followed by lean coal, fat coal, lean coal and lean coal, and a small amount of anthracite and gas coal. The company's coal products mainly supply metallurgy, electric power, building materials, chemical industry, railway and other industries and some civil use, among which refined coal is the main product of the group company. Smelting clean coal is a scarce high-quality coking coal with ultra-low sulfur and phosphorus, strong coking property and suitable volatile matter. It plays an important role in the metallurgical market in Northeast China.
