This marks that the Inner Mongolia Expressway Service Area has been formally incorporated into the layout network of charging stations in the national expressway service area, and the breakthrough of zero charging of electric vehicles in the Inner Mongolia Expressway Service Area has been achieved.

It is reported that the G6 Beijing-Tibet Expressway West and North-South service areas of Hohhot will build charging stations and six charging piles with a total power of 360 kW, which can charge 12 electric vehicles at the same time. Each charging pile can serve more than 40 electric vehicles all day, and the two charging stations can charge more than 240 electric vehicles every day. The charging service adopts the owner's mobile phone scanning code self-service charging method.

Inner Mongolia Gao Lu Company will continue to build 16 charging stations in 8 pairs of service areas of G6 Beijing-Tibet Expressway and G7 Jingxin Expressway in Inner Mongolia. By then, it can meet the travel demand of electric vehicles in Wulanchabu, Hohhot, Baotou, Ordos, Bayannaoer and Wuhai, and initially complete the construction of charging network in Inner Mongolia expressway service area.
