Is the eight-hour work system reasonable?

I think the eight-hour work system is reasonable. My favorite working system is the 865 working system, and I am used to this kind of work.

The 865 work system is five days a week, starting at 8 am and ending at 6 pm, with rest on Saturday and Sunday. Due to the needs of production and operation, the employer may extend the working hours after consultation with the trade unions and employees, generally not exceeding 0 hours per day.

If it is necessary to extend the working hours for special reasons, the working hours shall not exceed 3 hours a day and 36 hours a month on the premise of ensuring the health of the workers.

The employing unit shall ensure that workers have at least one day off every week.

During the following festivals, the employer shall arrange employees' holidays according to law: New Year's Day, Spring Festival, International Labor Day, National Day and other holidays stipulated by laws and regulations.

Working system refers to the standard working hours that are uniformly implemented under the general circumstances stipulated by law. In China, the standard working hours are 8 hours a day and 40 hours five days a week.

At present, there are three working hours systems in China, namely, standard working hours system, comprehensive working hours system and irregular working hours system. The working hours system is the working hours system, and the full-time working hours system is the working hours system implemented by the state, in which the daily working hours of workers are no more than eight hours and the average working hours per week are no more than forty-four hours.
