1950 served as director of organization department of Qinghe state Committee in March, secretary of party branch of Zibo learning brigade in June, deputy section chief of guidance department of Zibo state Committee in August, and director of organization department of Zibo state Committee in April195. 1952 10 served as deputy secretary of Huantai County Committee. 1June, 953, served as secretary of Huantai County Party Committee and political commissar of County People's Armed Forces Department. 1955 10 to 1958 10 was appointed as the first chairman of Huantai county. 1959 1 June1960 April to1962 May served as deputy secretary of the supervision committee of Huimin District Committee. 1961From March to August, he served as secretary of the CPC Boxing County Committee. 196/kloc-0 served as secretary of Huantai county party Committee from September, 2000 to September, 2005. 1May 1963 to1September 1965, served as the chairman of the third Huantai CPPCC. 1In September, 965, he served as the Standing Committee of Huimin District Committee. He is the representative of the first and second Party Congress in Shandong Province. He died in July of 1967 and 17 due to persecution during the Cultural Revolution.
