1. Start production according to quality, time and quantity according to the production plan; control the status of equipment, control the generation of defective products, and try to reduce waste.

2. Be able to carry out work in accordance with the requirements of the production department: production control procedures, production exception handling regulations, power on and off regulations, upper and lower mold operation instructions, and cleaning line instructions, and supervise the execution of technical personnel The process will be supervised, guided and corrected.

3. Able to guide technicians on the operation of production equipment and the use of regular functions, and keep the equipment clean and orderly, and comply with 5S requirements.

4. Inspection of production processes and product quality to ensure product quality is achieved;

5. Able to solve problems in a timely manner when problems are discovered during the production process.

6. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader. The work is somewhat tedious and very tiring for the workers.
