Which is better, a university teacher or going to Huawei?

The most successful example around me is the boss and proprietress of my former employer. Both of them are university teachers, majoring in biopharmaceuticals, with patents and technology. Universities and Huawei are actually two different circles, and each circle has its own rules. It's not easy to mix in circles. The key is how much ability you have, how much personality you have and what kind of life you want to live. University teachers, who have been mixed up for many years, can't get titles, some are marginalized because of their low emotional intelligence, and some are mixed up as CEOs of listed companies. Similarly, in Huawei, some technology giants earn enough money to buy a suite in Shenzhen every year, and some are sent overseas, far from being separated from their families. They can't stand it and have no choice but to take some subsidies and leave.

Life is a coin toss game. If you are young, with high IQ and EQ, and want to challenge yourself and break through yourself, I suggest you go to Huawei to display your talents. Huawei's platform is broad enough for capable people to yearn for. Here, you will gain not only money, but also vision, and get in touch with the most successful salary system and corporate culture in China, which will become the cornerstone of your future employment and entrepreneurship. If you want to retire after working for Huawei for a period of time and live a stable life, you can still choose to return to the university as a teacher. Having Huawei's work experience can add a lot of color to your future work and teaching.
