When I didn't go to work at first, I thought this job should be very easy. But otherwise, the morning shift will start at 8: 00 a.m. and end at 4: 00 p.m. according to the working hours of Carrefour employees. I get off work at 9: 30 in the evening shift, because my home is still a little far from my work, so it's already 10: 30 when I get home after the evening shift, and it's still a little hard to travel by car every day. Last year, when I was promoting a clothing brand in Pacific Quanxing Store, it was easier. I just want to do my job well, but in the supermarket, the promoters of various manufacturers are not only responsible for the promotion of their own manufacturers, but also help Carrefour to take charge of other goods in this class every day. For example, label the goods in the stationery area and check the price regularly to see if the price has dropped or increased. If there are new goods, you should also help to load the goods, sort out the floats, and be responsible for sorting out the bulk goods. Colleagues who work the night shift every day should clean up all the noodles before leaving work. So my daily job is not only to introduce the company's products to customers, but also to do many other things. At first, I didn't understand the work of helping other goods load and arranging floats, because I felt that I was only doing promotion work for a manufacturer and should not be responsible for other work. But after working for a few days, I also understand that these seem to be the rules in the supermarket. As a promoter, I have to work not only for manufacturers, but also for shopping malls. Now supermarkets are actually saving costs. So I get used to it every day, and I'm very busy.

Every day in the supermarket, I will meet all kinds of customers and occasionally meet foreign friends. This is the opportunity to practice oral English. Many times, some parents will accompany their children to buy school supplies. On such occasions, they can cultivate their own communication skills and their own expression skills, which are not learned at school, but accumulated by themselves in society. At present, making money is not our main thing. As students, we should look at our work with learning experience. No matter what job, there is always something worth learning. This opportunity to learn and practice society is very precious. It is also the capital to find a job and practice society in the future.

Although I didn't study business administration in Carrefour, I still saw some problems in supermarket management. For example, some goods need to be put on floats. Today I saw my colleagues trying to sort out the goods one by one. The leader will come tomorrow and ask them to put the goods somewhere else. Such things often happen, wasting time and manpower. I think these things should be arranged as soon as possible, and don't wait until they are all finished before denying them. I also encountered one thing, that is, the price difference of a commodity at different times is too great. A colleague at work bought a brand-new drawbar schoolbag in June this year, and it was on sale in 59 yuan, because there was probably a small amount of goods left at that time, so the price was very cheap. In August, the manufacturer brought many schoolbags of the same model. The original price of this schoolbag is 199 yuan, and now the promotion price is 148 yuan. 59 yuan and 148 yuan are really different for the same commodity. In June, few customers bought schoolbags. Is it because the school is about to start, and many customers buy schoolbags every day, so the price difference is so big? Now, customers think that things in large supermarkets are reasonable. I once met a manufacturer and learned from her that the purchase price of a schoolbag supermarket is about 105 yuan, and now the price sold to customers is about 150 yuan. The profit of a schoolbag supermarket is about 50 yuan, which is half of the purchase price, so the daily profit of the supermarket should be very large.

This social practice passed quickly, and I learned a lot from it, even these things will benefit me for life. Learn to do your best in your work, don't care too much about how much you pay, try to do more things and do something useful. Work hard and others will see you. No matter what you do, even a small thing, you should be careful and never perfunctory. Perhaps trivial things are important, and the so-called details determine success or failure. The difference between people in intelligence and physical strength is not as great as imagined. Many small things, one person can do, another person can do, but the effect is different. It is often the efforts in some details that determine the quality of things.
