How to spray oil more thoroughly on transparent hand board

When spraying oil on the hand board, the air compression injection method is often used. Air compression fuel injection is to select air compression to form an airflow. When the airflow passes through the paint chamber, the paint will be brought into the suction pipe and sprayed out through the paint nozzle to form a foggy oil layer. When this oil layer is sprayed on the surface of the hand board, it will spread evenly and have a good gloss. Fuel injection is divided into the following steps:

1, degreasing: The surface of plastic parts is often stained with oil, sweat and release agent, which will make the adhesion of the coating worse, and the coating will crack, blister and fall off. Therefore, when polishing is sent to the oil injection chamber, it needs to be washed with alcohol first, and then washed with pure water, dried or dried.

2. In addition to electrostatic precipitation: plastic products are insulators, and the surface resistance is generally around1013Ω, which is easy to generate static electricity. After being charged, it is easy to absorb fine dust in the air and attach to the surface. (If dust is adsorbed on the surface during oil injection, it will cause dust spots on the surface of the hand board to stand out, which will affect the appearance. Generally, it is not easy to remove electrostatic dust by blowing, and the electrostatic dust removal effect is better by using high-pressure ionized airflow.

3. Spraying: The thickness of plastic coating is 15~20μm, and it usually needs 2~3 layers. Dry for15min after the first spraying, and then spray for the second time. Surfaces that need bright light must also be sprayed with bright paint.

4. Drying: generally, paint is baked at150-180℃ for about 20-30 minutes; Bake the plastic paint at 60-80℃ for about 20-30 minutes; Some special paints can be dried by themselves in the greenhouse. This will make the fuel injection more thorough.
