How to arrange the electrical assembly process of the control cabinet?

Electrical assembly process of control cabinet 1, sheet metal inspection and painting, screen printing 1) When the sheet metal parts of equipment have just arrived at the workshop, the electrical assembler should take the drawings to check whether the dimensions of all electrical cabinets, electrical bottom plates, electrical panels, button boxes and electrical accessories are correct. Is the electrical wiring hole on the equipment bed missing? Are the dimensions of all mounting holes correct? 2) After the sheet metal parts are checked correctly, the electrical assembler should explain to the workshop director and send them to spray paint or plastic immediately. 3) If screen printing is needed for the electrical panel brought back by painting or plastic spraying, it should be sent to screen printing immediately. 2. Find the electrical materials needed for equipment installation 1) The electrical assembler must first find the painted electrical cabinet, electrical backplane, electrical panel, button box and electrical accessories needed for equipment. 2) Electrical assemblers should bring their own toolkits (including one set of large and medium-sized crosses and one set of fine print, wire stripper, diagonal pliers, electrical waterproof tape, multimeter, Allen wrench, Torx wrench, φ 2.5 drill, φ 3.2 drill, φ 4.2 drill, M3 tap, M4 tap wrench, coarse tooth stand), M3 screw, M4 screw and M4 nut. 3. Install the electrical backplane 1) Measure the length of the trunking and guide rail according to the backplane layout in the electrical schematic diagram, and cut it off with a saw bow. (Note: The wire slot should be sawed in a flat place, the guide rail should be sawed with a vise, and the saw seam should be straight. ) 2) After sawing, it can be straightened on the grinder. If two trunking are connected together, one end of one trunking shall be polished at an oblique angle of 45 degrees. 3) Use a hand electric drill to drill the fixed holes at both ends of the line slot and guide rail (use φ 4.2 drill bit). 4) Place the trunking and guide rail on the electrical backplane according to the electrical backplane layout, and draw the location of the locating hole on the electrical backplane with a black marker. 5) Knock and punch the sample on the electrical bottom plate first, and then use a hand electric drill (with a φ 4.2 drill) for proofing and punching. 6) Fix the trunking and guide rail on the electrical base plate with M4 screws and nuts. 7) Electrical components that are difficult to disassemble, such as switching power supply and printed circuit board, should be perforated and wired (with φ 2.5 drill and M3 tap), and the printed circuit board should be padded with copper columns (M3×20). 8) The servo control driver and frequency converter shall be drilled with φ 3.2 bit, and then tapped with M4. 9) Generally, there is a slot under the electrical components, which is specially used for clamping on the C-shaped guide rail. Phoenix Wharf is also stuck on the C-type guide rail, and other docks generally use high and low guide rails. 4. Wiring 1) Three-phase circuits are generally connected by 2.5 square meters of wires, the main circuit of the control motor in the control circuit is connected by 0.75 square meters of wires connected to the outside of the electrical cabinet, and other wires are generally connected by 0.5 square meters of wires. 2) Signal sensors, instrument communication, computer communication, analog card input, oscilloscope input and other signal lines should be connected with shielded wires. 3) The stripping length of wire stripper is generally 5~7 mm, which should not be too long, and diagonal pliers is not allowed to strip wires, which is easy to damage wires. 4) Commonly used components such as relays and air switches should use fork terminal handles, small-diameter terminals such as Phoenix terminals and Siemens PLC terminals should use needle terminal handles, and intermediate transition terminal tubes should be used for the intermediate connection of two wires. 5) All wires dragged on the ground should wear plastic-coated hoses, and exposed wires should wear black bellows. The sucker should follow the wire (fixed with AB glue) and then be tied to the sucker with tie tape.
