Our company accepts the entrustment of your customers to inspect the above goods. Please fill in the "Inspection Notice" in detail and send it back to our company as soon as possible. (If you change the inspection address, it will affect the inspection time and cost. )

The following are inspection guidelines and precautions, please read them carefully:

1. Please inform the inspection date 5-7 working days in advance, so as to arrange it in time.

2. In general, the production status of goods must meet the following requirements:

() Initial production inspection:

About 10% of the goods have been produced; And at least 50 sets of goods have been produced for inspection.

() Mid-production inspection:

About 30%-50% of the goods have been produced, and the rest are in production.

() Final inspection of finished products:

100% of the goods have been produced, and at least 80% of the goods have been finally packaged (the rest are in the packaging stage).

() Joining the Cabinet to supervise:

All the goods have been finally packed, and the containers are waiting to enter the cabinet at the service site.

3. If our inspectors arrive at the service site, the production status of the goods can't meet the above requirements (the applicant's special requirements need to be confirmed by fax), or our inspectors can't provide services due to the applicant's reasons, or the applicant requests to cancel the service after our inspectors leave on the specified date, our company will regard it as "empty inspection" and charge the applicant 2570 yuan per person per day plus actual transportation expenses (according to the location).

4. Before inspection, please provide the detailed packing list to the inspector at the service site in advance. We will randomly select boxes and take samples. Please inform the factory to provide manpower to assist in pumping plastic bags and unpacking. The results obtained at the service site are for reference only, and the final result is subject to the fax confirmation of the next working day.

Our company will take defective samples or shipped samples from the factory and send them back to the company. Defective samples or shipping samples will be further confirmed or sent to guests as required. Defective samples or shipment samples will not be returned. Please contact our company if you have any objection.

6. If overtime is really necessary, the overtime expenses of our company are: before 8: 30am, after 5: 30pm from Monday to Friday, before 8: 30am on Saturday, after noon12: 00pm; 200 yuan RMB per person per hour on Sundays and legal holidays (both 8 hours).

7. Please tell us whether you need to negotiate the letter of credit through the company's inspection certificate. If so, we must obtain the consent of the applicant of the letter of credit before issuing the inspection certificate accordingly. Meanwhile. In order to issue the inspection certificate, you need to provide copies of the letter of credit, packing list and invoice to our company. If the applicant of the letter of credit does not agree to open the letter of credit, we will only issue you an actual inspection report that cannot be used for negotiation. Our company has no right to authorize your delivery.

8. The following documents are the policies notified by our company to suppliers, exporters and transportation companies.
