According to Article 2 1 of the Regulations on the Administration of Family Planning Technical Services, "The establishment of a family planning technical service institution shall be approved by the family planning administrative department of the local people's government at or above the municipal level, and the practice license of the family planning technical service institution shall be issued, and the approved family planning technical service items shall be indicated on the practice license of the family planning technical service institution". Approved by the Health Department of Shanxi Province, Shanxi Zhende Women and Children Hospital has obtained the practice license of family planning technical service institutions and implemented high-standard family planning clinical services.

Shanxi Zhende Women and Children's Hospital was nominated by China Women's Development Foundation as 20 13 Quality Service after Induced Abortion (PAC) for its standardized population health education system, advanced clinical diagnosis equipment and service flow, medical charging standard of public hospitals and excellent service for children after induced abortion.

According to WHO guidelines, the core components of abortion counseling centers include medical services for abortion complications, post-abortion family planning services, post-abortion counseling services, post-abortion community services and post-abortion comprehensive reproductive health services.
