Hengqi was established in Liuzhou, Guangxi in 2002.

In 2003, Hengqi Financial Consulting Company was established to provide financial consulting services for Liuzhou enterprises.

In 2005, Hengqi Curriculum R&D Base was established in Nanning, the capital of Guangxi, and the "practical" curriculum development plan was promoted in all directions.
