1. Recruitment targets and application conditions
(1) Recruitment targets
1. Fresh graduates with a master's degree who have obtained the corresponding academic degree, Under 30 years old (born after January 1, 1990); for non-fresh master's degree graduates in corresponding majors, the age can be relaxed to under 35 years old (born after January 1, 1985).
2. Doctoral candidates who have obtained corresponding academic degrees and are under 40 years old (born after January 1, 1980).
3. Persons with non-household registration within the administrative region of this city who have held the qualifications for senior or deputy senior professional and technical positions for more than 5 years, have corresponding majors and are under 45 years old (born after January 1, 1975) .

(2) Application Conditions
1. Comply with laws and regulations, have good moral character and academic performance, have a strong sense of responsibility, have strong communication and language skills, and have no bad records;
2. Be able to adapt to the position Required physical conditions, possess the professional knowledge and business abilities required for the position, meet the academic qualifications, degrees, qualifications and other requirements required for the position. Applicants with relevant work experience will be given priority and be able to arrive at work in a timely manner as required after employment;
3. II. Recruitment procedures and related requirements
(1) Registration and qualification review.
1. Registration time. December 31, 2020 - January 7, 2021.
2. Registration procedure. Applicants should fill out the "Registration Form for Open Recruitment of Staff by Public Institutions" (Attachment 2) and register on-site at the Human Resources Department on the second floor of the Administration Building of Shiyan People's Hospital. Applicants can only choose one position to apply for. Those who apply for multiple positions will be disqualified.
3. Registration requirements. Applicants should fill out the "Integrity Letter for Applicants for Public Institution Staff" (Attachment 3) and be responsible for the authenticity and accuracy of the information provided. Those who provide false application materials or do not meet the recruitment qualifications will not be allowed to register. Even if they register to take the exam, their qualifications will be canceled upon verification and included in their personal integrity files.
4. Qualification review. The qualifications of applicants who meet the application conditions and job requirements will be reviewed. Applicants must provide the originals and copies of their ID cards, graduation certificates, degree certificates, professional qualification certificates, professional title certificates and other relevant documents.
(2) Interview. Focus on evaluating the comprehensive abilities of the candidates in terms of basic knowledge, basic skills and basic qualities that are suitable for the position.
For high-level talents who meet the recruitment conditions and the number of applicants forms a competitive ratio with the recruitment positions (that is, the ratio of the number of applicants to the recruitment positions is greater than 1:1), the Shiyan Municipal People’s Hospital will organize interviews, and the city will The Health Commission, the Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, and the Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection dispatched a discipline inspection team stationed at the Health Commission to participate in inspections and provide guidance and supervision. For those that do not have a competitive ratio (that is, the ratio of the number of applicants to the number of recruitment positions is equal to 1:1), the assessment will be conducted by Shiyan People's Hospital.
1. Interview time: before January 31, 2021
2. Interview location: Multi-function Hall of Shiyan People’s Hospital (outpatient department on the first floor).
Candidates must present their original second-generation ID card to attend the interview. Those who fail to attend the interview as required or fail to arrive after the deadline will be deemed to have automatically given up their qualifications.
3. Score calculation. The full score of the interview is 100 points, and the interview results will be announced on the spot.
(3) Results announcement. Candidates for physical examination will be determined based on the ratio of 1:1 for the recruitment position from high to low interview scores. After review by the Municipal Health Commission and the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the candidates who have entered the physical examination will be announced at Shiyan People's Hospital on the day the interview ends. The announcement period will be 5 working days.
(4) Physical examination and inspection. The hospital organizes free physical examinations and psychological tests. The actual performance of those who have passed the physical examination will be inspected by the hospital in the form of correspondence, file inspection or on-site inspection. The Municipal Health Commission and the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau are responsible for guidance and supervision.
(5) Approval and public announcement by the Party Committee of the Academy. The hospital's Human Resources Department will summarize the interview scores, physical examinations, inspection results, etc., and propose candidates for recruitment after study and approval by the hospital's Party Committee.
After being reviewed by the Municipal Health Commission and the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, it will be published on the website of the Shiyan Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the website of the Shiyan Municipal Health Commission, and the website of the Shiyan Municipal People's Hospital for a period of 5 working days. Candidates will be determined after no objection is announced.
(6) Employment review and approval. In accordance with the relevant regulations on personnel management of national institutions, the hospital signs an employment contract with the employee, and the probation period is one year. After the probation period expires, those who pass the assessment will be formally employed; those who fail will be disqualified. The wages and benefits of employed personnel shall comply with the current standards of public institutions. If the employed person fails to report within the time limit (within 20 days from receiving the appointment notice from the hospital) without justifiable reasons, his employment qualification will be cancelled.
