1. The National Photographer Preparatory Qualification Examination is divided into four levels. Each level exam includes technical knowledge, Three parts: skills test and photography work. The examination fee standards for each level are:

2. 40% of the examination fee income will be handed over to the National Youth Photographer Preparatory Level Examination Committee to be used for examination propositions, test paper printing, certificate production, mailing, textbook preparation, travel, labor and other expenses; 60 % is used by examination stations in various provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities to pay for photography equipment fees and staff labor costs required for the examination, such as venue rental, invigilation, marking, archiving, and skills testing.

3. Charging units should go to the designated price department to apply for a "Charging License" in accordance with relevant regulations, and use the administrative documents uniformly printed by the Ministry of Finance and the financial departments of provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government according to financial affiliation. 4. Examination fee income belongs to fiscal funds.
