Western Plan Recruitment Announcement 2023 Registration Time

The registration time for the 2023 graduates' Western Plan is from April 12 to May 20.

The plan of college students' voluntary service in the west was implemented by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League and the Ministry of Education according to the requirements of the the State Council executive meeting, the notice of the General Office of the State Council on doing a good job in the employment of college graduates in 2003 and the spirit of the national video conference on the employment of college graduates in 2003, and the Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security gave relevant policies and financial support.

The plan has been implemented since 2003. According to the methods of open recruitment, voluntary registration, organization selection and centralized dispatch, a certain number of fresh graduates or graduate students from ordinary colleges and universities will be recruited every year to carry out 1-3 years of voluntary services in education, health, agricultural technology and poverty alleviation.

Application Process of 2023 College Students' Western Plan

1. Submit the application form.

After the registered students download and print the registration form in the western planning information system, they will be examined and sealed by the Youth League Committee of their department and submitted to the Project Office (Youth League Committee) of their university for examination and filing.

2. Qualification examination

After receiving the student registration form, the university project office will timely verify the authenticity of the information filled in by the students online registration. After the audit, fill in the audit opinion in the western planning information system.

3. Written test and interview

Conditional university project offices should organize written tests and interviews for students who sign up for the western plan, including volunteer mental tests, basic quality tests, logic and language tests, and mental health tests. And select students who meet the job requirements, have strong volunteer feelings and outstanding written interview results. The recruitment provincial project office can also organize written tests and interviews in a unified way.

Step 4 have a physical examination

Volunteers whose schools are located in provincial capitals shall be organized by the Recruitment Provincial Project Office for unified physical examination; Volunteers whose schools are located in non-provincial capital cities may, according to the requirements of the provincial project office, organize a unified physical examination by the local (city) level Youth League Committee. Physical examination standards refer to the standards issued by the National Project Office. Physical examination requires serious work. If unqualified personnel are found in the physical examination, the recruitment provincial project office will contact the corresponding institutions in time for replacement and re-recording.

Step 5 publicize

After the physical examination, the list of volunteers will be announced and publicized on campus for three days. If there is no objection, submit the list of volunteers to the recruitment provincial project office. After the recruitment of the provincial project office has passed the list of volunteers admitted by our province, the list will be publicized on the website of the Communist Youth League Committee for three days, and the publicity results will be reported to the National Project Office, and timely feedback will be provided to the provincial project office.

6. Sign the recruitment agreement

After publicity without objection, the selected volunteers will sign a recruitment agreement with the provincial project office (the format and text of the agreement will be provided by the National Project Office). After the agreement is signed, the National Project Office entrusts the Provincial Project Office to send a confirmation notice to the volunteers. At the same time, the recruitment of provincial project offices should coordinate the establishment of volunteer talent pool by university project offices.
