What is the most humble work experience you have ever experienced?

Not everyone has the humblest work experience.

I used to be a small supervisor in an American factory.

Mechanical processing plant.

The American boss doesn't live in China. He stayed in America, remote control company.

As a supervisor, I want to earn more wages for our wage earners.

But some China management representatives are like the queens in our court drama.

We will invade each other and fight to the death.

Basically, change a general manager every 3 to 6 months.

The supervisor in my workshop will change every three to five months.

This is a metalworking workshop.

The working environment is particularly bad.

It's noisy,

Speak normally and can't hear you at all.

It was summer, and the workshop (shed) was terribly hot.

Staff work 12 hours,

They are also willing (piece-by-piece wages, and I have improved my scores in different ways), scrambling to do it.

I am a supervisor, assigning work every day and always paying attention to their safety (we are all brothers and sisters, so we can't get hurt just to earn some hard-earned money).

My salary is less than 500 dollars, and I have to work 17, 8 hours a day.

Sometimes, just after going back to the dormitory to sleep, the nuns wake up.
