Registration

Qualification review

The competent department and the employer will conduct a qualification review after downloading the electronic version of the applicant's materials, and conduct a qualification review based on the relevant certification materials provided by the candidates. Written Test

1. After successful registration, candidates will receive the "Written Test Admission Ticket" from day to month. When taking the exam, you must bring along the "Written Exam Admission Ticket", "Resident Identity Card", and Attachment 4 "Personal Health Information Commitment Letter". Those who do not bring the "Written Exam Admission Ticket" and "Personal Health Information Commitment Letter" are not allowed to take the exam. Those who do not bring their "Resident Identity Card" for special reasons can take the exam first, but after the exam, they must go to the test center to take a photo for future reference. Those who refuse to take the photo will be deemed to have given up automatically. Candidates are not allowed to enter the examination room 30 minutes after the exam starts. They are not allowed to hand in their papers and leave the exam room before the end of the exam. It is strictly prohibited to take test papers, answer sheets, scratch paper and other non-personal items out of the venue.

2. Written test time: 9:00-11:00, year, month, day, ***120 minutes. Please refer to the "Written Test Admission Ticket" for details of the test location, session, and specific requirements.

3. Written test content: "Basic Knowledge of Public Affairs" and "Professional Ability Test". The two subjects are combined into one test paper, with a total score of 100 points, and each section accounts for approximately 50 points.

The vocational ability test mainly includes: language understanding and expression, quantitative relations, judgment and reasoning, data analysis and comprehensive common sense, etc.

Basic corporate knowledge mainly includes: politics, law, economics, corporate management, official document writing, professional ethics, humanities, national conditions, etc.;

The written test is a closed-book exam , all the questions are objective questions, and the questions are answered in the form of answer sheets and marked and entered into the system in machine-readable form. Candidates must fill in the answer sheet in a standardized manner. If personal irregularities in filling in the answer sheet lead to difficulties in reading the card, the candidates will be responsible for the consequences.

Interview

According to the ratio of 1:2 for each recruitment position, the candidates who will enter the interview process will be determined from high to low based on the candidates' written test scores. Those with the lowest scores within the ratio will all enter the interview. .

The interview is organized by the county teacher recruitment leadership group. The interview adopts a structured interview method. Each applicant will be interviewed for 10 minutes and answer 3 questions. The interview examiner employs 7 professionals and adopts a gymnastic scoring method, that is, the average of the remaining 5 judges after removing the highest score and the lowest score is the candidate's effective interview score. The full interview score is 100 points. Those whose interview score is less than 60 points will be disqualified. The interview time, location and precautions are subject to the interview notice.

Score synthesis method

Comprehensive score = written test score * 40, interview score * 60.

Physical Examination

According to the total score, candidates for the physical examination will be determined from high scores to low scores in a 1:1 ratio between the recruitment quota and the number of participants for the physical examination. If the scores are the same, priority will be given to the physical examination. The order of the procedure is: those from Fuping, those with higher academic qualifications, and those with younger age will be given priority. The physical examination items and standards are implemented in accordance with the "General Physical Examination Standards for Civil Servant Recruitment". The physical examination expenses are borne by the candidates themselves, and the candidates will submit it directly to the physical examination institution. If they fail the physical examination, they are allowed to re-examine once. If they still fail the re-examination, their employment qualifications will be cancelled. The time and location of the physical examination will be notified later.

Assessment

The employer shall be responsible for the assessment in conjunction with the competent department, and shall comprehensively examine the political and ideological performance, moral character, business ability, work performance, etc. of those who have passed the written examination, interview and physical examination. , and make a determination of eligibility or disqualification. Those who fail the assessment will be disqualified from employment. During the review, applicants must provide their personal files and original and photocopies of relevant certification materials that meet the registration requirements. Those who cannot provide them without reason within fifteen days from the date of notification will be deemed to have automatically given up.

Public announcement

Based on the test scores and physical examination and assessment results of each recruitment position, the candidates to be recruited will be determined and announced at the office location of the recruiting unit and at the door of the county government for 7 working days.

If you fail the physical examination and assessment, or if you voluntarily give up during this period, or if someone reports it during the publicity period and it is verified that you do not meet the application conditions, your employment qualifications will be cancelled. The positions thus vacated will be filled in order from high to low overall scores. In the event of a tie, the order of priority for filling will be based on the order of priority for physical examination.

5. Benefits and Management
