Wang Pingzhou, male, born in July, 1932, from Xiangxiang City, Hunan Province. 1952 graduated from the Department of Economics of Peking University in July, and is a professor and a national certified public accountant. 1993 was awarded "Science and Technology Management Expert with Outstanding Contribution" by the Ministry of Internal Trade.

He taught in Sichuan University of Finance and Economics, Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, Zhongnan University of Finance and Economics, Chongqing Commercial College and chongqing technology and business university, and retired in September 2000. The main social part-time jobs are: part-time professor of Chongqing University, part-time professor of Chongqing Institute of Technology (now Chongqing University of Technology), consultant of Chongqing United Vocational and Technical University, and consultant of Chongqing Continuing Education Association.
