Grassroots community workers generally have the following two situations: the first category. There are formally established grassroots community workers. Such community workers enter through formal written examination, interview and physical examination. This kind of established community workers are generally in the communities of larger cities or districts and counties below the provincial capital. For this kind of community workers, our salary here is around 4500-5000. The unit pays five insurances and one gold, and the year-end bonus is issued at the end of the year.

The second category. There are no regular grassroots community workers. This kind of community workers generally take the form of community contract workers through recruitment. Their wages are paid by the higher administrative departments (usually street offices) in their communities. There are no formally established community workers. Our monthly salary here is about 2000-2500. Compared with the formal establishment, the treatment is definitely different. At present, grass-roots community workers have heavy tasks and great work pressure. A lot of work needs them to do. It's hard to say that the salary is right. I just hope the more the better! The salary of community workers should be lower than that of civil servants. Although community workers are also very hard, their work is relatively basic and the risk is low. In China, responsibility is directly proportional to salary. The higher the level, the greater the responsibility, the greater the rights and the higher the salary, which is inevitable at any time in history.

But at present, the overall salary of civil servants is low. Of course, if the barbell insists that it is all corruption and bribery, I can't help it. I mean, no illegal income. Further streamlining institutions and personnel, and then improving the overall wage level, is the way to improve the wages of community workers. The salary of civil servants represents the current basic economic level to a certain extent. If civil servants can't live a normal life, it will be even harder for ordinary people.

Community workers include community "two committees" cadres, community grid workers, family planning professionals, people's mediators and so on. Community cadres are the "masters" of the community, and each community cadre is in charge of one or two tasks, and the specific work is completed by grid workers. The work of the community is becoming more and more complicated and the division of labor is becoming more and more detailed. Sometimes a person has to dock several departments, and a small community has to dock the work of dozens of departments. The task is quite heavy.

Community workers are closest to the masses. They can directly serve the masses, not only serving them well, but also doing a good job in party building, family planning, illegal construction, health, militia, comprehensive management, drug control, women's federations and so on. Therefore, community work is not easy, but the wages of community workers in most cities are around 2,000 yuan, which is not enough to support the family. I think the minimum wage of community workers should not be less than 3000 yuan.
