According to the Notice of Enshi Human Resources and Social Security Bureau on Further Standardizing the Use and Management of Public Welfare Posts (Enshi Renshe Letter [2016] No.210), it is planned to openly recruit public welfare post staff for the society. The announcement is as follows:

I. Recruitment positions and number of people

Enshi Bureau of Letters and Calls has 1 people working in public welfare posts, regardless of major.

Second, the recruitment conditions

1. Persons with employment difficulties (registered unemployed and identified as persons with employment difficulties);

Third, the time and method of registration

(1) Registration time: from February 17 to February 24, 2023 (during working days), from 8: 30 am to 12: 00 pm and from 2: 30 pm to 5: 30 pm.

(2) Registration place: Room 302, the third floor of Enshi Bureau of Letters and Calls (No.593 Dongfeng Avenue, Enshi City).

(3) Precautions: Applicants are required to fill in the Application Form for Public Welfare Posts of Enshi Bureau of Letters and Calls (in duplicate), and at the same time bring their ID card, graduation certificate, degree certificate, original and photocopy of relevant supporting materials for people with employment difficulties recognized by the employment department, and two recent 1 inch registration photos.

On-site registration is accompanied by qualification examination. The application materials submitted by candidates must be true, accurate and complete. Anyone who practices fraud will be disqualified once verified.

Fourth, the test method

Take the written test+interview.

When converting the comprehensive scores of candidates, in principle, the written test 10% and the interview 90% are included in the total score.

The medical examination fee shall be borne by the applicant.

(1) After the personnel to be employed are determined, they shall be reported to Enshi Employment and Talent Service Bureau for the record and sign labor contracts for public welfare posts. Relevant treatment shall be implemented according to relevant regulations, and basic old-age insurance, basic medical insurance, industrial injury insurance, unemployment insurance and provident fund shall be paid, and relevant subsidies shall be paid monthly.

(two) to sign a labor contract for public welfare posts, the employment period is three years, and the contract is signed once a year.

(three) after employment, assessment at the end of each year. If the assessment is unqualified, the employer has the right to terminate the employment contract.
