1. Physical examination time and execution standards

It is scheduled to be conducted at 8:30 a.m. on January 29, 2015 (Thursday) in a fully closed designated hospital. The items and standards of the physical examination are in accordance with the "Notice on the Issuance of the General Physical Examination Standards for the Recruitment of Civil Servants (Trial)" (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2015] No. 1), the Physical Examination Operation Manual, and the "Notice on the Revision of the General Physical Examination Standards for the Recruitment of Civil Servants (Trial)" and "Notice on the Physical Examination Operation Manual for Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial)" (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2010] No. 19), "Notice on Further Improving the Physical Examination for Civil Servant Recruitment" (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2012] No. 65) , "Notice on the Issuance of Relevant Revisions to the Physical Examination Operation Manual for Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial)" (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2013] No. 58) was implemented.

If heart rate, vision, hearing, blood pressure and other items do not meet the physical examination qualification standards, a re-examination should be arranged on the same day; for borderline heart murmurs, pathological electrocardiograms, pathological murmurs, frequent premature beats (electrocardiograms) If items such as confirmation) fail to meet the physical examination qualification standards, on-site re-examination should be arranged. If candidates have questions about the results of physical examination items that are not re-examined on the same day or on the spot, they can submit a re-examination application to the physical examination implementing agency within 7 days from the date of receiving the notification of the physical examination conclusion. The physical examination implementing agency should arrange for the candidate to re-examine as soon as possible. If the physical examination implementing agency has doubts about the conclusion of the physical examination, it shall decide whether to conduct a re-examination within 7 days from the date of receiving the notification of the conclusion of the physical examination. The re-examination will only be conducted once, and the conclusion of the physical examination shall be based on the re-examination results.

If you are unable to participate in the physical examination on time due to special circumstances, you must submit a written application to the Municipal Party Committee Organization Department (No. 22, 11th Floor, Municipal Center) in advance. After approval, the physical examination can be postponed.

2. Physical Examination Procedures Undertaken The original valid resident ID card must be reported to the Organization Department of the Bazhong Municipal Party Committee (No. 19, 11th Floor, Municipal Center), fill out the "Civil Servant Recruitment Physical Examination Form", post a recent 2-inch color photo of the front face without a hat, and pay the physical examination fee according to gender and physical examination items. That is, 360 yuan/person·time for men and 390 yuan/person·time for women. They are paid directly to the hospital when registering for the physical examination and filling out the physical examination form.

Physical examination subjects who have gone through the physical examination procedures should bring their original valid resident ID card to the conference room on the third floor of the Bazhong City Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (88, Middle Section of Binhe Road, Jiangbei New District) before 8 a.m. on the day of the physical examination. ) and go to the hospital to take a physical examination on an empty stomach.

If a physical examination subject fails to report in at the specified time or arrive at the designated location on the day of the physical examination, he or she will be deemed to have given up the physical examination qualification.

3. Precautions for taking the physical examination

1. Maintain a normal diet for three days before the physical examination. Pay attention to rest, avoid drinking alcohol and eating high-fat and high-protein foods the day before the physical examination. Do not eat after dinner the day before the physical examination, and ensure that you fast for 10 to 12 hours to draw blood for the test.

2. Do not eat on the morning of the physical examination so that you can take the examination on an empty stomach.

4. During the physical examination, for subjects who require supplementary examination as required by the doctor, the examining hospital will charge supplementary examination fees on site, so candidates are asked to be prepared.

5. Participants are not allowed to bring their own vehicles, and relatives and other unrelated persons are not allowed to accompany them for the inspection.
