Design and manufacture of die-cutting knife plate

3. In order to avoid the connection of multiple adjacent narrow waste edges, the connecting part should be enlarged to connect them together, so as to facilitate the removal of waste.

4. Prevent continuous multiple sharp corners. For sharp corners without functional requirements, they can be changed into rounded corners.

Prevent the sharp corner line from ending in the middle of another straight line, which will make the knife difficult to fix, easy to loosen the steel knife and reduce the adaptability of die cutting. Should be changed to circular arc or increase its intersection angle.

5. The incision slightly crosses the indentation line, and changing the indentation line into a dotted line will make the folding easier.

6. The angle of the folding line at the bottom of the box with hook bottom is preferably an arc, otherwise it is easy to crack when folded along the mark. The arc should not be too big, otherwise there will be small holes at the bottom after molding.

Adding some threads or special gluing pinhole knives to the parts where the carton needs to be glued is conducive to the penetration of gluing and glue solution into the paper and strengthening the adhesion fastness of the carton. However, if the sharp knife or glue needle knife is too high, the paper will be pressed through, and the glue will penetrate the paper when sticking the box, causing the carton to overflow with glue.
