1. The preliminary qualification examination shall be organized and implemented by the recruiting unit and the competent department.

The recruitment unit and the competent department shall, according to the recruitment brochure and the qualifications required for the post, conduct a preliminary qualification examination on the application submitted by the applicant. Those who meet the registration conditions shall not refuse to register; If the examination is unqualified, the reasons shall be explained. Those who fail in the preliminary qualification examination can modify the registration information and reconfirm it during the registration period (before April 8, 2023 17:00). During the period from April 8, 2023 17:00 to April 9, 2023, if the application for registration has not been reviewed, no registration information may be modified. If the examination fails, the registration will be deemed as a failure.

2. Applicants who have passed the preliminary qualification examination shall not modify any registration information.
