Persons who meet the relevant post conditions in the whole province or the whole city (Xiangtan household registration or working in Xiangtan for more than one year).

(2) Registration time: from 9:00+09 on July 6, 2065438 to 6:5438+02:00 on July 25.
(3) Registration requirements:
Each applicant can only apply for one position. Candidates are not allowed to register with the old and new ID numbers at the same time, and the ID cards used for registration and examination must be consistent. Candidates take the exam with the original admission ticket and ID card. The admission ticket was downloaded and printed online by the candidates on July 27th and 28th. All applicants are exempt from the registration examination fee.
(4) Qualification examination:
Conduct online qualification examination at the time of registration. Candidates must carefully read the recruitment announcement and job conditions, and choose the right position in strict accordance with the job conditions and requirements. The application materials submitted by the applicant must be true and accurate, and be responsible for the information provided. Qualification examination includes qualification examination at the time of registration, qualification examination before interview and qualification final examination before employment, which runs through the whole process of examination and employment. 1, written test. The number of positions to be hired and the number of applicants shall be determined according to the minimum ratio of 1:5. If the proportion of the examination is not reached, the number of recruitment plans will be reduced accordingly.
The full mark of the written test is 100, covering the professional knowledge that the post should have (accounting for 70%) and the basic knowledge of public security and related laws and regulations (accounting for 30%).
The written test time is tentatively set for July 29th, 20 12. The specific written test time and place shall be subject to the online printed admission ticket. When taking the written test, candidates must bring their original valid ID card and the online printed admission ticket. Candidates who lack one of the two certificates are not allowed to take the exam.
Candidates with job codes of 0 14, 0 15 and 0 16 directly enter the interview without a written test.
2. Interview. From the candidates who apply for the same position, according to the written test scores from high to low, the interviewer is determined according to the ratio of recruitment plan to interviewer 1:3. When the written test scores are equal, they will be included in the interviewer. In principle, the ratio between the number of high-level talent positions and the number of applicants in Torch School should reach 1:3, before the examination can enter the interview. If the ratio is lower than 1:3, the number of recruitment plans shall be correspondingly reduced, and the reduction indicators shall be included in the positions of the same subject that require written examination. Applicants who have not reached the proportion of the examination can voluntarily transfer to the corresponding major for written examination.
The interview was conducted in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Interim Provisions on Open Recruitment of Public Institutions, and the specific arrangements were announced through Xiangtan Personnel Examination Network and the website of Yuetang District Government of Xiangtan City.
Sixth, physical examination
Candidates who take part in the written test and interview will be converted into comprehensive scores according to the proportion of written test scores accounting for 60% and interview scores accounting for 40%. According to the candidates' comprehensive scores from high to low (when the comprehensive scores are equal, the written test scores shall prevail), the physical examination objects shall be determined according to the places in the job recruitment plan. When unqualified candidates appear in the physical examination, they will be determined according to the comprehensive scores from high to low, and each position is limited to one time.
Candidates who only take part in the interview are determined to take part in the physical examination according to the interview results from high to low 1: 1. When the interview results are equal, try another question on the spot among the candidates with tied results and re-determine the ranking order.

Those who pass the physical examination are determined as the assessment objects. The assessment work shall be carried out with reference to the "Measures for the Assessment of the Recruitment of National Civil Servants in Hunan Province". If there are vacancies due to unqualified assessment objects, they will be filled in turn according to the comprehensive scores from high to low, and they will participate in physical examination and assessment, and each post will be filled once.

Nine, trainee employment
According to the examination, physical examination, assessment and publicity results, determine the candidates to be hired. The hired personnel must complete the relevant employment procedures or transfer procedures within 15 days from the date of the employment notice. Overdue is regarded as automatic waiver, and its employment qualification is automatically cancelled. The employment object signs a probation employment contract with the employing unit. During the employment period, the benefits are the same as those of the employees. The probation period of the employed personnel is one year, during which the personnel agency system is implemented and the contract management is unified. After passing the examination, an employment contract shall be signed separately; Those who fail the examination will be dismissed from the employment relationship.
