Applicants should meet the following conditions:

5. Talents with sufficient project information resources or experience working in multinational companies will be given priority. Talents with registered permanent residence in Suzhou and the Yangtze River Delta region will be given priority under the same conditions.

6. Zhangjiagang City government agencies and district (town) staff who are interested in applying must provide a certificate of consent issued by their unit.

2. Number of people and requirements

3. Selection Procedure

1. Online registration: Fill in the "2020 Zhangjiagang City Social Selection and Recruitment Professional Talent Registration Form" (Appendix 2) in detail, and attach: ① Scanned copy of the original ID card; ② Scanned copy of the original academic (degree) certificate. 2. Initial qualification review. Before December 17, the basic qualifications and relevant job requirements of applicants will be reviewed, including review of registration materials, PXT test (passing line is 60 points) and foreign language oral test for some positions (speaking for positions 01, 03, 05 and 07) Test, the full score is 12 points, and the passing line is 7 points). Those who pass the qualification review will enter the appropriate evaluation link of personnel and position.

3. Appropriate evaluation of personnel and position. On December 20, the expert review team will evaluate the suitability of candidates who have passed the preliminary qualification review, and the overall score ranking based on the PXT test score (40%) and the suitability score (60%) and the number of job recruitments will be 1:3 The list of candidates to be interviewed will be determined based on the proportion of the best (those with the same comprehensive scores will be given priority by those with the highest score in terms of person-position compatibility). 4. Qualification review. Those planning to be interviewed must bring the original application form and submission materials to the site for qualification review. If the application conditions are not met, the materials are incomplete or the information in the materials is false and affects the result of the qualification review, the interview qualification will be cancelled, and a replacement list will be determined as appropriate. Those who have passed the qualification review will be issued invitations to the meeting on site.

5. Interview and negotiation. Interviews and negotiations will be arranged in Zhangjiagang City, and the specific time and location will be notified later. For those with the same interview scores, the one with the higher overall score in the person-post compatibility evaluation will be given priority.

Applicants will be given a fixed subsidy for round-trip travel expenses (500 yuan within Jiangsu Province and 1,000 yuan outside Jiangsu Province), and accommodation and meals will be arranged by Zhangjiagang Human Resources Development Co., Ltd.

6. Determine the personnel to be hired and negotiate salary. Determine the list of candidates to be hired based on interview scores and organize salary negotiations.

V. Personnel Management

2. Zhangjiagang Human Resources Development Co., Ltd. uniformly dispatches investment recruitment professionals to relevant units to carry out investment recruitment work. The relevant units sign labor dispatch contracts with the Municipal Human Resources Development Co., Ltd. and do daily management work.

3. Use various methods such as quarterly assessment, annual assessment, trial period expiration assessment, and contract expiration assessment to conduct multi-dimensional evaluations of the work of investment recruitment professionals, and comprehensively determine the assessment grades. Assessment results are generally divided into four grades: "excellent", "good", "qualified" and "unqualified".

4. Those with outstanding performance in the assessment can be promoted to leadership positions and enjoy relevant wages and benefits in accordance with regulations. If the service period is 3 years and all assessments are passed or above, the labor contract can be renewed upon personal application.
