This summer vacation is a special gift for my sophomore year.

1. First feeling

After driving for seven hours, the car finally reached its destination: Chuzhou Dafu Group. At this time, I printed a label on the city: hot! I followed my brother into the dormitory of the company and met many people on the way. Almost everyone asked the same question: Who is this? And as soon as I entered the dormitory, I was greeted by a cool flowing airflow, which blew away the heat on my body. I really want to hold the air conditioner in front of me, so comfortable. 2. Staff canteen

After simply making the bed, my brother asked me to eat. Then I was given two "big pots", and I wondered: won't you eat? Why did you give me such a big pot? Is it to wash your face? I didn't have time to think about it, so I trotted to catch up with my brother in the distance and entered the restaurant. Very few people. Brother said: the company only has one meal at noon, so there are very few people in the afternoon. They all live in the company dormitory and eat here. Only then did I know that the "basin" in my hand was originally used for eating. I looked inside. The food is simple: fried rice with eggs, two pickles and a large pot of mung bean soup. I had a casual meal and sat next to my brother. Soon a row of tables were full of people. My brother joked with them and introduced me to who was in charge and who was the director. I lowered my head again and again. I have always lacked the ability to communicate with people. At this time, I don't know what to say except nodding my head. My brother asked me not to talk nonsense before I came, so I didn't say a few words until after dinner, for fear of saying something wrong. Because the company stipulates that you can't wear shoes with exposed toes, and I only brought a pair of shoes with exposed toes, so my brother took me to buy a pair of sports shoes at night.

3, the first day of work and work content

My brother asked me to arrange a job for me yesterday, and I got up early in the morning to find my brother. After dinner, my brother said, "Don't you want to earn money to buy a computer? Go to injection molding. " I smiled and said, "Go anywhere, just give me the money." Then I followed a big brother to the office on the second floor to go through the entry formalities. After everything was ready, my brother took me to the office of the person in charge of the injection molding workshop and explained everything. My job is defined as: statistician of injection molding workshop. Coincidentally, the former statistician just asked for maternity leave yesterday, so I can "take office". Since I'm at work, I can't be idle, although I'm a newcomer and can't do anything. Perhaps because of my brother, the supervisor is very polite to me. Teach me how to do my work myself. Because I don't know anything about injection molding, I feel that it is more laborious to work. The supervisor seemed to see my confusion and said to me, "Don't worry about your work, be accurate." I nodded quickly and thought: I am the most careful on weekdays. After all, I didn't say it because I was shy. In this way, I put my report into the computer. I looked at those figures several times before I was willing to let them go, for fear that I might miss a zero and make a big disaster. But there is something to be proud of: the computer knowledge I learned before can be used now, and tables are very useful. For example: creating tables, merging cells, inserting and deleting tables, font processing and so on.

The report is divided into day shift and night shift. I want to input the daily output, working hours, product number, order number, qualified products, defective products, production efficiency, machinery, tonnage, mold cavity, product weight, operator and so on of each product into the computer, and then send an email to the accountant. These must be finished before ten o'clock. Finish the report and change the billboard. That is, write down the order number and unfinished number of the products produced today on the kanban of each machine, so as to facilitate workers to understand the completion of the products. Products are put into storage and delivered almost every day. I print labels, and new products are labeled, so I go to the office on the second floor to get labels every day, and then I go to the front desk to make copies. At least 15 copies of each sheet. I can imagine how many when I go back. And I often sit down after printing and ask for labels. I don't just have to run back and forth many times. I guess people in that office are tired of seeing me because they gave me all the documents there. In fact, the last thing I want to do is to go to the office. Every time I go, I look at me differently. I guess it means: here comes the girl again, and the paper is gone. I had to pretend not to see it and continue my work.

In the afternoon, I still make the table. One is attendance: every day, workers' overtime hours, leave and lateness are counted in the table. One is a good product summary: counting qualified products every day. There is also an order kanban: enter the orders placed every day and their completed and unfinished quantities into the form. Besides these, I also have some jobs, such as taking things from the warehouse, office hygiene, material management and distribution (gloves, cotton, band-AIDS, art knives, etc. ), and roll call in the morning and evening. In fact, there are statistics on product warehousing. Being unfamiliar with the work, these important things are done by the supervisor himself. This is what I do every day. I usually get off work at 2 pm, but I still have to get off work at 8 pm, go to work at 8 am, and don't rest at noon. By the end of the month, I will calculate the wages, assessment, efficiency and product status of workers. This is often the most troublesome thing at this time, and then I have to work overtime to do statistics. Although a little tired, but quite full and happy.

4. My opponent

On the fourth night, after work, I called the roll. I can't hear others clearly because the machines in the workshop rumble. When I called one of the women, I couldn't hear the sound of "to", so I read it twice. Just because I read it twice, the woman suddenly came to a big hole: "I didn't hear it. How many times have I said it?" I'm sorry to say, "I didn't hear you clearly." Before I finished saying "I'm sorry", the woman said, "Didn't you hear that it was my fault? It's my fault that you didn't hear it! " When I hear that I am unhappy, don't ignore her, don't ignore her, ignore her, and call a name. I was in a particularly bad mood that night. I thought, forget it, forget it. I will listen carefully in the future.

A few days later, after work, the girl suddenly ran angrily to the big hole in front of my desk: "The label said you posted it yourself, so I won't post it." After that, I left. I was stunned by a big brother next to me. The elder brother said, "What did she say? I don't know. " Later, my eldest brother and I found the girl's machine, only to understand that the label was almost gone, and we were afraid that she would let her post it tomorrow morning, so we were angry. I thought to myself: if there is no label, I won't say it in advance. I immediately went to the second floor and printed 20 copies for her. I thought a lot that night. I didn't understand why that woman was so dissatisfied with me. I also advised myself not to be angry and to test my endurance.

A few days later, I learned from an aunt that the woman wanted to do my job, but I was robbed. I suddenly took a long breath and sighed, so that's it! Fortunately, I only worked for a month, otherwise I really don't know how to deal with that woman. Since then, I have seen that woman, and I am no longer afraid, but I can leave her alone. I always type her label the most so that she won't bother me. I want to be a man, just hold your horses and don't expose your feelings casually. Otherwise, it is absolutely impossible to work hard in society, like her. It seems that getting along with people is a science, and I have to continue to study it.

5. Skills learned

Through this part-time job, I really know a lot. I didn't know how to use printers and copiers before, but now I'm very skilled. I didn't know the names of all the parts in the refrigerator before, but now I know: bottle rack, fruit plate, middle beam combination, door body, skeleton and ice outlet. I know what constitutes a worker's salary and how to calculate it in the shortest time. How to get along with employees, even leaders, should put down their airs and correct mistakes. Don't answer blows with blows for colleagues who don't agree with you. If you can clear up the misunderstanding, then clear it up. If you can't, live in peace and don't retaliate. Also, don't show your feelings too much. That's your weakness, and it's someone else's handle on you.

I heard the most during my part-time job: study hard. Indeed, only by studying hard can you work in an air-conditioned office. You don't have to wear clothes soaked with sweat, you don't have to be bullied, and you don't have to do the heaviest work with the lowest salary. You can hold your head high and go your own way. Although I have only worked for more than 20 days, its influence is not limited to more than 20 days. It is right to choose this summer vacation, which will open an unusual sophomore life for me.
