Introduction to Wulagai

Wulagai is located in the northeast of Xilin Gol League, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, with east longitude1119 50' and north latitude 45 29'-46 38'. It is located at the junction of Ximeng, Xing 'an League and Tongliao City, about 80 degrees away from Bai Yinhua Coalfield and Wulanhaote City respectively. The total land area is 50 13km2 and the total population is 18600. There are six ethnic groups: Mongolian, Han, Hui, Manchu, Daur and Korea, with a population density of 3.7 people /km2. Now it has jurisdiction over three agricultural pastures, namely, Haragaitu, Wulagai and Hosgeula, and Bayinhushuo Town. Bayinhushuo town is the seat of the administrative Committee of the administrative region.
