The school mainly undertakes compulsory education in the high-tech zone, and also recruits students from the society. Students in the Baoding branch of Baoding Bayi School purchase a degree from the High-tech Zone Management Committee and can enroll for free. For students outside the area, they need to pay for admission at their own expense.
