Among them, taking photos and videos is very important, so it must be archived for the company's future publicity. The project department has drones, which English translators should learn to operate.

In case of unexpected events, English translators should stand in the front line and act as a communication window. For example, if an employee is sick, he must accompany the patient to the hospital and help the employee in China to take medicine and see a doctor. China employees can communicate with doctors without barriers.

On Labor Day, National Day, Mid-Autumn Festival, Spring Festival and other festivals, we should organize colorful cultural activities, such as table tennis match, basketball match, solve riddles on the lanterns and so on, and then give some small gifts to employees. To tell the truth, most China people abroad have no entertainment except work, and most of the time they are bored. They will take part in some small activities and have some small gifts. They will naturally take the initiative. Small activities can enliven the atmosphere and add some color to the boring overseas life.

In short, the responsibilities of each company are different. But it must be a great exercise in all aspects of people's abilities.
