What do you mean by a white night off?

White night off refers to a day off, a night shift and two days off. It is a working time system adopted by employers and institutions to promote their production efficiency, encourage employees to work hard and improve economic benefits.

At present, there are five working hours systems, namely, standard working hours system, shortened working hours system, extended working hours system, comprehensive working hours system and irregular working hours system. Standard working hours are the most widely used working hours system. Under the standard working hours system, according to Article 36 of the Labor Law and Article 3 of the Regulations of the State Council on Working Hours of Employees, the longest working hours of workers are 8 hours a day and 40 hours a week.
