What does a brewer do?

(1) soaking barley for germination, drying and removing roots;

(2) operating a pulverizer to pulverize dried barley and adding feed water to prepare slurry;

(3) operating saccharifying equipment to saccharify, filter, boil and cool the slurry to prepare cold wort;

(4) adding yeast into wort by using fermentation equipment to ferment and mature;

(5) filtering the mature wine to obtain clear wine;

(6) Sterilizing and filling with a sterilizer.
