It is understood that at the beginning of February this year, Mr. Zhang received a phone call from his former colleague Luo, and learned that Luo had run a network car company and was recruiting drivers at a high salary. The next day, according to Luo's request, Mr. Zhang paid a deposit of 3,500 yuan through WeChat transfer. Since then, Luo has charged Mr. Zhang more than 5,300 yuan on the grounds of applying for an employment permit.

In mid-March, Luo told Mr. Zhang on the phone that the procedure was smooth and he would formally join the company soon. Seeing that this matter was reliable, Mr. Zhang introduced his friends Cao, Zhang Moumou and Cao to Luo's company and paid a deposit of more than 4,000 yuan. However, until April, Mr. Zhang never received a notice to go to work. When he called Luo to understand the situation, he found that both the phone and WeChat had been blacked out. Mr. Zhang, who had a bad feeling, immediately called the police. In the case investigation, the police who were arrested after cheating found that many recent fraud cases were implemented on the grounds of recruiting online car drivers, and the methods were exactly the same. The survey was conducted by the same person. On May 22, the police arrested the suspect Luo. After arriving at the case, the criminal suspect Luo confessed to the fact that he used high salary as a bait to attract the victim to apply for a job, pay a deposit, and apply for a business license to defraud money. At present, Luo has been criminally detained by Jiangyang police according to law, and the case is being further processed.
